Kirill Reznik is an international development professional with almost 20 years’ experience with USAID, the World Bank, DFID, and numerous other donors. His experience includes program management in democracy and governance, economic growth, and health; new business development, such as proposal management, technical writing, recruitment, and budgeting; and significant experience in the areas of contracts and compliance. Mr. Reznik has travel to and worked in over 40 countries, including Afghanistan, Ghana, Russia, and throughout Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In addition to his experience in international development, Mr. Reznik has also served as an elected member of the Maryland House of Delegates since 2007 representing Maryland’s 39th legislative district. Mr. Reznik holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Master’s Degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, with a minor in Economics, from Florida International University.
