Ruth Tarbell has been managing TRG’s administrative services since 1998. She serves as the company’s chief human resources officer and manages recruitment and onboarding of new staff, federal and state employee compliance matters, employee benefits and compensation, and development of company policy and procedures. Ruth also serves and TRG’s facility security officer and oversees the work of the admin team in the areas of technology, client support, reception services, and facilities management. Ruth came to TRG with 19 years of administrative and managerial experience, including 15 years as the business manager of a fine crafts and wearables specialty store, and 3 years as a program assistant for a national wildlife conservation organization. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in mathematics and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ruth’s greatest joy in life is her son, Caelan, who keeps her busy as an avid hockey mom. In her spare time, Ruth also enjoys the arts, reading, cooking, shopping, and the beach.
