Welcome to the Advanced Women’s Leadership Website!

This website is designed specifically for  all of you who attended the Advanced Women’s Leadership Course.  It has been six+ months since we enjoyed that wonderful  Kenyan venue on the Indian Ocean.    We hope these months have been productive  work experiences for you.   And we hope this website will  provide you with inspiration to continue practicing your leadership  skills and also motivate you to tell us of your successes as a leader as well as your struggles.  To stimulate your reflections  we have included quotes and stories sent to us from  your fellow travelers from the  course. 

Click on the different topics in the “Features” link and discover how some of your classmates have been applying the skills.   Food for Thought contains a reminder on a  key topic in  the course and Leadership in ACTION contains an article by one of our own leaders!  We hope you enjoy all that you find here and if you would like to add your own thoughts please email us!
