Mid-level Organizational Development Consultant/Trainer
TRG’s full time consulting staff provides organizational development and training services for U.S. government agencies, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, associations, and large corporations.
TRG consultants:
- collect and analyze data to identify needs for training and other interventions,
- design and facilitate retreats, team-building programs and strategic planning initiatives
- develop and deliver leadership, management and technical training programs
- provide executive coaching
- apply OD, training, facilitation, and related skills and experience as part of large scale international development projects in the developing world.
Requirements
Education - Master’s degree or equivalent education/work experience in a related field (i.e., organizational development, adult education, international development, international or multicultural communication, international business, or management).
Experience - At least five years of full-time work experience as an internal or independent trainer and organizational development consultant. Experience should include organizational development, management and leadership training, training needs assessment, coaching, and/or related activities. While not required, proficiency in Spanish or French is desirable as is international development experience. We are also interested in individuals with experience applying emerging technologies for learning and OD applications.
Travel – Since approximately half of our clients are located overseas, the work may involve 3-5 international trips a year.
