Collaborative Leadership Course 360-degree Assessment
The 360 assessment is designed specifically for the CLC and aims to collect data about your performance as a leader from you, your manager(s), peer/colleagues, direct reports, and/or customers. This valuable data will help increase your awareness of strengthens and growth needs as perceived by those who work with you on a daily basis. It will enable you to think critically about your performance as a leader and effectively utilize the tools and skills that you learn in the course.
You will receive an email from the “TRG 360” that contains a link to your personalized 360 web page. As a first step, you should nominate your feedback providers and then complete your self-assessment. We recommend that you do this immediately to give your feedback providers enough time to provide thoughtful and constructive input. You will receive your 360 results on the first day of the course. Your colleagues will be asked to submit their responses by close of business on February 28, 2017.

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire designed to enhance understanding of one’s motivations and preferences at work and in life outside of work. The MBTI provides you with insights on your natural preferences for processing information, making decisions, orienting your energy and how all of this plays out in your life, including the workplace.
The inventory can be taken from any computer with Internet access and usually takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please access the inventory by clicking the link above.
