This article offers tips for planning, setting the proper meeting tone, managing the flow of the meeting, and building on and linking meetings together as part of a larger work agenda to accomplish team objectives.
- Team Decision Making – The Gradients of Agreement by Steve Joyce, TeamSTAR

This article describes the Gradients of Agreement and offers suggestions for using the tool.
