Our CEO

Jonathan Darling was elected by the shareholders to serve as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2007. Under the firm’s innovative and nationally recognized governance structure of rotating leadership, Mr. Darling will serve as CEO for a period of five years.
Mr. Darling joined TRG in 1995 and for eleven years has served as the firm’s Director of Business Development. In that role he collaborated with clients to identify organizational development and training needs and develop approaches to improving organizational performance and business results. He has also provided direct training and consulting services for a variety of clients including the Agency for International Development, the Department of Commerce, and Major League Baseball. In addition, Mr. Darling has served on the firm’s Board of Directors for the last six years and has played an active role in matters of corporate governance and strategy. Mr. Darling enjoys running, kayaking, rafting, and wilderness adventures with his family.
TRG’s corporate structure has been nationally recognized as an innovative form of governance. The internally elected CEO holds the position for 5 years. Near the end of the term, the company elects a new person to guide the organization. This rotating position has served the firm well, continually allowing it to tap into its creative, entrepreneurial pool of employees.
