TRG recently completed management of the 3-year Organizational Change Program (OCP) for the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). As part of a 3 year program, TRG developed a number of Knowledge Management and Collaborative Alliance tips and tools. The OCP publishes practical articles written and/or adapted for the CGIAR.
