Colleen Brady is an international development practitioner and urban planner with over six years’ experience working on USG projects in Washington and in the field. She joined TRG in 2018 and currently serves as the CKM & Design Manager for USAID’s Communications, Evidence and Learning (CEL) Project, where she supports the integration of evaluation, research, strategic communication, and learning to deepen the influence and impact of USAID’s Land, Urban, and Local Sustainability work. Colleen possesses sectoral expertise in participation and community engagement, governance, infrastructure, and urban planning, with a regional focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. Colleen holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Cameroon and speaks English and French. Colleen enjoys map-making, cycling, and culinary explorations.
