Laurie Segel-Moss is the Operations Manager for the Environmental Communication, Learning and Outreach (ECO) team. In this role, she ensures that day-to-day operations of the project run smoothly. She provides client and staff support and fulfills a variety of program management functions. Laurie has over twelve years’ experience developing and implementing educational and capacity building programs, in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to joining TRG, Laurie was the Assistant Director of American University’s Center for Peacebuilding and Development (CPD). At CPD, she worked to promote and expand research and practice in conflict resolution, peace education, and civic engagement. She also has experience teaching, developing curricula, and managing online educational programs. Laurie began her career as a Girls’ Education and Empowerment volunteer with the Peace Corps in Togo, West Africa and continues to support women’s education in Africa through her work with Pathways Togo. Laurie holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and lives in Arlington, VA with her husband, son, and retired greyhound.
