Pamela Foster is a senior organizational development specialist with more than 25 years of professional experience. She has worked extensively in international health and HIV/AIDS, including current activities involving facilitation of multi-sector country level planning and partnership meetings in support of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). Dr. Foster has provided direct organizational development services for numerous U.S. Government (USG) and USAID Missions in Africa, Central Asia and Latin America, conducting programs in strategic planning, leadership skills training, team development and team building, change management, conflict management and multi-sectoral collaboration among the USG, other donors, partner governments, NGOs and the private sector. As a full time TRG staff member, she has provided OD and professional development services for a varied clientele, including USAID Washington, the U.S. Department of State, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, U.S. Forest Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, Ministries of Health and National AIDS Councils and Coordinating Committees in various countries in Africa.
