World Bank Group – Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness
In partnership with WBG HR, TRG developed and delivers two virtual learning programs – Team Leaders and Supervisors Program (TLSP) and Foundational Leadership Program (FLP). Each is an 8-week program with live webinars, self-directed micro-learning modules, a leadership 360-degree assessment, the WBG’s CultureWizard assessment, and peer coaching. The TLSP supports formal and informal Supervisors, Investment/Advisory Officers and accredited Task Team Leaders in grades GF-GH in understanding their roles as leaders, enhancing personal effectiveness (authentic leadership and growth, emotional intelligence, changing habits), building feedback skills, and effectively managing self, others and work across boundaries (collective leadership, influencing for impact). The FLP supports individual contributors at grade levels GA-GG with tips, tools and practices for effective communication, feedback, influencing, problem-solving, critical thinking and collaboration which can be applied in any situation.
Under a previous contract, TRG offered four customized 3-4-day leadership development programs – the Supervisor’s Program (SP) for front-line supervisors, Leading in Fragility (LIF) for GF-GH staff leading projects and teams in fragile states, Strengthening Personal Leadership Skills (SLS) for mid-level managers and professional staff, and Personal Leadership Skills (PLS) for administrative staff. In addition to the topics covered by the leadership development courses, TRG has also designed and delivered courses on such topics as conducting effective career conversations with staff, influencing others through trust building, change management, conflict management, and workplace resilience. Our consultants have supported the development of toolkits for managers and developed and implemented a peer coaching program for Young Professionals and Analysts.

World Bank Group – Executive Coaching and Facilitation
TRG’s roster of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) conducts individual executive coaching to more than 60 managerial and non-managerial staff of the WBG. We also conduct team coaching over months-long engagements.
TRG provides facilitation services for small and large group meetings, retreats, and workshops in both in-person and virtual modalities. Our facilitated events are highly experiential and employ innovative methods of engaging large groups in dialogue.
International Monetary Fund – Coaching Services
TRG provides individual and group coaching services of titled managers, non-titled managers, Deputy Division Chiefs, and Division Chiefs at the IMF that are integrated with the Fund’s leadership development framework.
International Monetary Fund – Courses
TRG has developed many courses for staff of the IMF over the years. Our current offerings include the Managing Effective Missions (MEM) course offered to new IMF Mission Chiefs and staff leading their first missions, Introduction to the MBTI, and Effective Problem Solving and a three-course series which comprise the “Assistant’s Curriculum” (AC).
Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) and AWARD
Since 1994, TRG has supported CGIAR and it Centers with the design and delivery of leadership training for women agricultural scientists and researchers worldwide. Read the case study here.
In partnership with African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD), we have served as co-trainers of recent deliveries of the women-only Women’s Leadership Course and mixed-gender LEPARD course, which sensitizes researchers to a range of diversity topics and equips them to become change agents.

International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)
TRG designed and facilitated regional and country meetings where tools were developed for use in a multi-country pandemic preparedness program.
Meetings were held in Cameroon, Uganda, Indonesia, Mali, Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and Sierra Leone.

Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
As part of a learning and knowledge management initiative to build internal and external capacity, TRG worked with subject matter experts on the design and delivery of a two-day course on social protection, environmental policies and issues, project management skills, and communications skills for 50 specialists from the Environmental and Social Safeguards Unit.
