Since the 1980s, TRG has provided high quality facilitation, organizational development, management consulting, stakeholder facilitation, capacity building and training services for USAID bureaus, offices, missions and technical projects. TRG has served as a core implementing partner under multiple centrally-funded projects, mission-managed IQC task orders, and bilateral projects. In recent years, our offerings have grown to include provision of communications and knowledge management services and oversight of sub-contractors providing this expertise. Our services improve the performance of USAID staff; support USAID’s efforts to meet its targets through collaboration, learning, and adapting; and strengthen the capacity of host country organizations to solve their own development challenges – a key tenet of the Journey to Self-Reliance.
