TRG helps our clients with organization-wide efforts to increase their effectiveness and achieve their strategic goals. Our services include strategic planning, executive and leadership development, managing change, team building, organization assessments, human resources assessment and planning, and collaboration.
TRG designs and delivers adult-centered, experiential training programs to improve both organizational and individual effectiveness. We adapt our approaches to training and learning to create the kinds of learning that leads to change in the behavior of individuals, in the ways that teams work together, and in the larger norms or cultures of our clients.
One of TRG’s fundamental competencies is in the design and facilitation of workshops, conferences and retreats. TRG staff members facilitate hundreds of meetings every year. We work very closely with our clients to make sure that every meeting has clear and specific objectives, and that all of the activities or sessions contribute to the achievement of those objectives.
TRG’s international development work falls in two general categories. First, we are development practitioners, working under contract to donor agencies and NGOs. Second, we provide organizational development, training and facilitation services that improve the organizational and individual effectiveness of the staff, contractors, and partners of international development organizations.
