Learning and Training

TRG designs and delivers experiential training programs and learning events in face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid modalities utilizing best practices in adult learning. We tailor our training to the needs of participants and our clients’ organizational context. Effective learning happens on a continuum, so we collaborate with our clients to identify activities before, during, and after a learning event that help participants share what they know, learn new skills, retain what they have learned and apply it on the job consistently and over time.
