Our highly experiential OD services include facilitation of retreats and conferences, coaching, capacity building, strategic planning, change management, team building, organization assessments, human resources assessment and planning, and collaboration/stakeholder engagement. Throughout our history, TRG has designed and facilitated hundreds of strategic planning, organizational problem-solving, and team building interventions that have: supported organizational change processes; improved team effectiveness; built skills and organizational culture; and defined basic operating norms, attitudes and behaviors. Since its founding in 1973, TRG has grown steadily in size and in our professional capabilities. As a result of the working environment we have created, the vast majority of the consultants who have joined TRG in its thirty year history are working at TRG today.
