Project Manager, EPIC
Ana Rogers joined TRG in September of 2016 as a project manager for the EPIC Project. In her PM role, Ana provides support in the coordination, tracking and implementation of the Professional Development and Organizational Effectiveness work stream activities of the EPIC project. Ana brings over eight years of project management experience in the fields of international development and education. In her previous role as program manager at The Washington Learning Center, Ana supported and spearheaded the international office’s strategic planning, tracked on-going international programs, and developed toolkits and manuals highlighting best practices for continued learning and application of skills. As a business analyst for Acumen Solutions, Ana managed program milestones, streamlined relationships between Mexico and US teams and monitored budget trends, constraints and opportunities. Ana has also served as a program analyst for the World Bank where she supported the human resources management team in strategic planning, organizational development and human capital development, particularly in staffing configurations and monitoring key business indicators for regional workforce development reports. Ana has a Masters in International Commerce and Public Policy with a focus in Global Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marymount University. Ana grew up overseas and has since worked and studied in countries such as Spain, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico and India. Ana is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. In her free time, Ana enjoys practicing vinyasa yoga and spending quality time with family and friends.
