OD/Training Consultant
Aurora Deuss is a trainer, facilitator and organizational development specialist with 17 years of experience working with private sector clients, government, and inter-government organizations to strengthen a wide variety of capacities related to leadership, communication, teamwork and more broadly to help refine the connection between people and performance. Ms. Deuss has a robust client portfolio with USAID, including supporting counter violent extremism programs in West Africa, leading capacity building programs for for the Ministries of Health of the Government of Haiti and the Government of Burundi, the Ministry of Social Affairs for the Democratic Republic of Congo Government. She is a member of the World Bank Group training team and regularly delivers leadership courses and coaches mid to senior management staff in Washington D.C. and abroad. Ms Deuss is also the principal facilitator and change management advisor for the management team of the Adaptive Social Protection project at the WBG. Other clients include the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, the U.S. Botanic Garden and American University. Ms. Deuss also brings expertise in executive coaching to her work and regularly provides one-on-one executive support in addition to team coaching. Ms. Deuss holds an MA in Organizational/Industrial Psychology and a MEd in International Educational Development from Columbia University. She is certified through the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and holds certifications for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Emotional Intelligence EQi 2.0. Ms. Deuss is a native French speaker.
