Aurora Deuss is a trainer and organizational development specialist with over 10 years experience working with private sector clients, government, and inter-government organizations to strengthen a wide variety of capacities related to leadership, communication, teamwork and more broadly to help refine the connection between people and performance. She has designed and facilitated trainings and capacity building programs for the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Democratic Republic of Congo, led USAID mission retreats in West Africa and has extensive experience working as a trainer and facilitator in complex political and conflict-driven environments. Ms Deuss is part of the World Bank, IFC and IMF training team and regularly delivers for courses and provides coaching in Washington D.C. and abroad.
Prior to joining TRG, Ms. Deuss managed her own private consulting practice in New York specializing in leadership, communication skills and constructive conflict management for several global corporate clients. She holds two Masters degrees from Columbia University, a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a focus on Conflict Management and a Masters of Education in International Educational Development. Ms. Deuss is originally from France and is a native French speaker.
