Learning Technology Associate
Chevaun Jackson joined TRG in March 2020. As a Learning Technology Associate, she develops and designs effective and engaging multimedia products for print and web-based learning, knowledge management, and communications materials. Ms. Jackson excels in taking complex information and data and making it accessible to a broad range of audiences. To do this, she leverages a variety of skills in graphic design and layout, presentation design, website design, video and audio editing and production, and social media engagement. Her clients include the World Bank Group and projects for USAID’s Bureau for Resilience and Food Security, Office of Transition Initiatives, Office of Forestry and Biodiversity, and Office of Policy, Planning and Learning. For over 10 years she has effectively and efficiently executed the coordination of in-person and virtual events and meetings, including logistical planning, webinar production and audio-visual production. Prior to TRG, Ms. Jackson was a Program Specialist at Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation where she researched and assisted in the implementation of the organization’s transition from live to virtual panels and events, developing and evolving materials to fit the new structure and helping to establish best practices. During her 4 years as Director of Media Ministry for Union Temple Congregation, she co-directed and coordinated multiple live events, headed multimedia productions and broadcasts, marketing campaigns, and outreach and communications efforts. Ms. Jackson has a bachelor’s degree from Temple University and a certificate in Web Design and Development from Bismarck State College. When not working, Chevaun enjoys studying Brazilian Portuguese and French, creative writing, and wine and cheese tasting.
