OD/Training Consultant
Helen Petrozzola has worked in international development for more than 15 years holding leadership positions overseas and at headquarters for the US Peace Corps and the United Nations Development Program. She has worked extensively in health and HIV/AIDS, including in management and support of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the Global Fund on AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) as well as in youth and community development. Her work has spanned program design and management, institutional strengthening and monitoring and evaluation. As a full time TRG staff member, she provides OD and professional development services for a varied clientele, including USAID, Ministries of Health, WHO and EPA. In her spare time, Helen volunteers at a local Harm Reduction program, and can otherwise be seen on her bike or trying to keep up with her tireless Jack Russell terrier.
