Jawara Lumumba is an organizational development consultant who has conducted a variety of responsive and creative interventions for clients in the United States and the developing world for over 20 years. He has applied his expertise to assist institutions plan and achieve organizational change and has also provided leadership and management enhancement support including executive coaching. Other areas he has focused on in helping organizations achieve optimal results include building collaborative partnerships, engaging in productive teamwork, valuing diversity, managing cross cultural dynamics and undertaking strategic planning. He has extensive experience in supporting USG programs and USAID Missions, the State Department, the World Bank, UNDP and many other clients, and has worked in more than eighty-five countries throughout the world. Most recently he has been working primarily in African countries including Uganda, Namibia, Mali, Ghana, DRC, Benin, Mozambique and South Africa.
