Training Specialist, SEEK
Kaitlin Conway is a Training Specialist on the USAID funded Sharing Environment and Energy Knowledge (SEEK) Project. In this role, she works with the SEEK training team to support the design and delivery of engaging in-person and virtual training, including webinars, workshops, and other types of capacity building programs and materials to support participant learning. She has also worked at TRG as both a Project Associate and Project Assistant with a variety of clients, including the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund. Prior to joining TRG, Kaitlin completed an internship with the United States Missions to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Kaitlin holds a Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Illinois, a M.Sc. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, and a BS in Political Science and Leadership Studies from Troy University. Her professional interests include personality assessment tools (MBTI and StrengthsFinder), interpersonal and organizational conflict resolution, post-conflict development, and narrative transformation. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys cooking, baking, and planning her next trip.
