Learning Technology Specialist
Kirby Crider is a learning technology specialist and a classically-trained instructional designer. He joined TRG in 2014 with over five years’ experience analyzing, designing, delivering, and evaluating technology-based learning solutions for a range of public and private clients. He focuses on helping organizations identify and deliver solutions that are effective, efficient, and appropriate. Prior to joining TRG, he managed virtual learning initiatives at CADCA, a public health non-profit, and helped to build the infrastructure to develop synchronous and asynchronous learning and performance support tools for community-based organizations around the world. He has worked with clients including the UN, the U.S. Army, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Education, the National Institute on Drug Abuse, Amtrak, World Relief, the Center for Applied Linguistics, and others. He holds a master’s degree in Instructional Systems from Florida State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, cycling, and experimenting with foreign cuisines in the kitchen.
