Client Services Manager
Lisa Barton began working with TRG in November 2017. She served as the Portfolio Manager for the Communications and Knowledge Management portfolios of the EPIC project. In this role, she oversaw staff that worked with clients in the USAID Office of Education and Office of Trade and Regulatory Reform to develop strategic, audience-focused, high-quality learning and outreach products and platforms. She brings more than 15 years of experience working in communications, international relations, and project management. Prior to joining TRG, she led Peace Corps’ email marketing efforts, coordinated outreach to more than 1,000,000 alumni of U.S. Department of State-funded exchange programs, and managed a monthly training of all U.S. government civilian employees deploying to Afghanistan. She received her B.A. in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa and her M.A. in Global Communications from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. When not working, you can usually find Lisa chasing her 2 young daughters, doing yoga, or baking.
