Margaret Morehouse is an organizational development professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in organizational and individual capacity building activities such as organizational assessment, institutional strengthening, change management strategies, management and leadership training, technical skills workshop design and facilitation, and inter-organizational collaboration. She is also a specialist in HR systems design and implementation, where she has focused on strategic workforce planning, policy formulation and management in HIV/AIDS programs as well as other international health initiatives. Ms. Morehouse is particularly effective in the application of participatory organizational development approaches to internal and external programs.
