OD/Training Consultant
Roberta Talmage joined TRG’s organizational development/training specialist team in 2011. Roberta possesses over 20 years’ experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors as a performance and organizational development consultant, and has worked in organizations in the United State and internationally. As a Registered Organization Development Consultant with a background in instructional design and leadership development, Roberta designs and facilitates training and organizational development initiatives systematically and builds strategic partnerships to develop and implement programs that have long-term impact on organizations. Drawing on her background as an engineer in whole systems design, Roberta uses technology to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Prior to joining TRG, Roberta focused on culture change as an internal consultant in the Global Diversity and Inclusion Office and Leadership Institute of a Fortune 100 company.
Roberta is the founder of Sharing the Sun, a curriculum for English language high school students in Kyrgyzstan that builds identity and community post ethnic conflict. As a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, she continues to support the Society for the Protection of Rural Children’s Rights in Bazar Korgon, Kyrgyzstan. Roberta is a board member and webmaster for the Ronen Chamber Ensemble and a precinct captain for her precinct. She is currently taking courses for a certificate in Information Technology at the University of Virginia.
