About the Course

Career success today often comes down to our ability to lead group work, meetings, and decision making conversations. But somehow while this makes up the backbone of our day-to-day work, few of us have any training in how to do it well.

Training Resources Group (TRG) created the Facilitator Training Program to address that need. TRG is a recognized leader with decades of experience facilitating impactful, inclusive, and engaging conversations. Through our Facilitator Training Program, we share our experience to help you hone your skills to effectively design and facilitate group processes and discussions to support your own work.

Through our program, you’ll practice the design and facilitation skills you need to succeed in your career. Specific program topics include core facilitation skills, agenda design, and participatory decision-making.

By the end of an FTP course, you will have:
