Connecting People & Performance
TRG collaborates with you to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
Training Resources Group, Inc. (TRG) is honored to have the opportunity to implement the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Sharing Environment and Energy Knowledge (SEEK) project. SEEK will support the important work of four USAID offices: Energy and Infrastructure, Forestry and Biodiversity, Global Climate Change, and Water within the Bureau for Economic Growth, Education, and Environment.
TRG is joined on SEEK by partners Environmental Incentives, Forum One, and Ferguson Lynch, forming a team with a proven track record in implementing high-quality international development and learning projects. Under SEEK, we will work to enhance client offices’ staff knowledge and skills, support knowledge management, enhance communication and outreach, and strengthen organizational capacity.
Our clients include the U.S. Government, international organizations, businesses, nongovernmental organizations and academic and research institutions.
Through the Environmental Communication, Learning, and Outreach (ECO) project, TRG is proud to support to USAID’s offices working in the environment and global climate change areas to ensure AID staff in all sectors, from DC and the field, recognize the critical role the environment plays in effective and sustainable international development and integrate those considerations into their work for enhanced results.
For Population Services International, we designed and delivered a Foundations of Leadership Training Program and provided follow-on executive coaching for managers so that they may operate as true leaders and move their organization forward toward meeting strategic goals.
TRG has been right there with the US Forest Service, International Programs Office for over 15 years – working together to ensure that International Programs staff members are able to perform at extraordinarily high levels and bring improved forest stewardship and biodiversity conservation to our endangered planet.
